Training and maintenance deffinately affect MAR.
I dont know how long, or even IF you can get mar to climb back after nukes.
I dont remember ever trying it.
Dont forget to take notes and post your experiences here afterwards.

Tkobo, question, does MAR rise during peacetime?
Also during war does your maintance funding make it go up?
yes i will start a scenario, save it with intentions of playing it, dropping a few nukes and seeing what happens.
i will drop 1 nuke, see the effect and see whther my MAR recovers from the recomeneded funding of maintance.
Then i will do this till i am zero MAR then try and see whther it will increase slowly.
Has anybody else tried it or going to try it?

so high salary ( i guess reco or more?) and high maintance ("") will bring it up, does it also work on demo?
This is great I just gotta find out whther it ever recovers from nuke droppers. Maybe a dev might know?
Edit: I just put funding on 2x reco and my units went to 101% efficiency. Does this mean that they are 101% efficient killers?
Sorry if u didn't figure it was a joke.

When my military is in full swing, i usually have their efficiency at like 107%.
With rare cases of 109% .
Ive even seen 111% twice, that i can recall.
Think of efficiency as a stat multiplier.Units seem to fire faster, hit harder, take less damage,etc.... when their efficieny goes up.
In defensive positions, with 107% efficiency, its not unusual for my stacks to destroy oncoming enemy unts before they(the enemy units) even get to fire.
