so it is actually possible to move units from helos to amphib ships at sea?
I was todl by the devs that this isn't possible. what version do i need to do it on because i cant seem to do it. do i need an amphib ship cos i was using a carrier which isn't ampih warfare?

Come to think of it... I can not recall ever doing it. If you can, it would only be with an amphibious troop landing Carrier. A regular transport ship with no carrier capability would not work, neither would a Carrier with no troop transport.

It is not possible, the engine does not support it.
