Aircraft Carrier Tech levels

I was looking over the millitary equipment section and i happened to spot that the tech level for a forrestal class carrier (oil-based) is 61 while the tech level for a enterprise class (nulcear powered) is 58. Why???? Isn't the Enterprise more advanced than the Forrestal? I mean, the enterprise is CV-65 while the forrestal class carrier is CV-63, that means the forrestal class is older than the enterprise. Why is the tech level for it higher.

I know it's an old post but I just stumbled across it again. This was fixed, Forrestals have been removed from the list, too old.
