Military Base

I have Large military base and it says that inactive, how to activate it??

Right click, select "Large Military Base" option, and then click activate. If you can't active, you may not have enough reserver forces. The large mil base needs roughly 34,000 troops to operate.

To see the reserve units available, simply click the military tab and it is listed first page.

You can also activate (or in general control) bases in at least two other ways.

1) go to your Defense department - click the base button (5 buttons down the side) open panel 2 pick the base and then choose the button at the side of this panel (I think it's the second one) for facility controls. In here you can activate/deactivate, etc.
2) in the base popup there are activate/deactivate buttons in the bottom left section of the popup.

And yes, you need enough reserves. - you can find your reserve personelle numbers by going back to your Defense Department and looking in panel one.
