What do you guys/gals think about the idea to hire a assassin to kill your enemy's goverment officals causing some dissent within the population or even kill someone within your goverment that might becausing problem for your?

I'm happy to say, we already got that one. The targets for assassination do have limits (you can't loose the game "because you where assassinated") but the other players officials are fair game. Very nice way to stir up the opposing cabinet!

is an assisnation conducted by one of your special units (eg. maktal for isreal or alpha for russia)

Assassinations are attempted by covert operatives as part of Intelligence Operations. They are not map units, but rather an intangible asset whose chance of success depends on whether the target region is investing in Counter Espionage or not.

You cannot target a Region's Leader, but you can target Cabinet Ministers or Military Leaders.
