Confused on Availability

I have a quick gripe. Browsing through the units i noticed ont he Palmaria a Artillary unit is available as European. However the description clearly states it was used in North Africa and was developed by Italy yes but for export so why is it available as a european model shouldnt models taht are exported or known to be used by multiple countries have multiple availabilities?

Only if they are built in multiple countries (like the M113 for example.)

If the player starts in North Africa and want a Palmaria they would do what North Africa does... buy it! Players in the game can get units by (1) building units from what is available according to their tech level and region or (2) trade with other players for units they can build or (3) they can buy from the world market.

The World Market during the North Africa scenario would include Italy and the Palmaria is tagged as being highly available for world market export (we have a variable to set how likely it is that something is sold on the market. Things like B-2 Bombers will probably never be seen on the market...) so it would be fairly easy for a player to aquire a Palmaria... so long as they don't piss off the world market. One more reason to have World Market support when entering hostilities...
