question about certain aircraft and air-air refueling

Will air - air refueling be a characteristic of some aircraft but not others, In other words will all aircraft be able to refuel in air or will there be some that can't.

Yes, only certain aircraft can mid air refuel. It's a yes/no flag in our equipment list.
