I'd like to hear more about "Command Units"
What exactly are they ?
For instance,do they affect supply at all ?
Do they affect morale at all ?
Do they come with red haired green eyed serving wenches attached ?
What type of unit are they considered ? Infrantry ?
etc.....

"Command Vehicles" are a Supply/Support vehicle (not infanty) but they do not carry any cargo and would not affect supply. They are pretty stealthy, so you generally have to enter the hex they are in to find them (unless they are moving). They are in the game simply as a method of identifying a leader's location in scenarios wherein that is the victory condition.
If it can be implemented, the presence of a Command Vehicle will make the other units in the hex fight with greater enthusiasm and higher morale!
And you can let your imagination run wild on what kind of stewardesses are employed in a Command Vehicle but with no offence intended to Aurore (and looking over my shoulder to make sure my wife doesn't see and come beat me), the RHGESW's sound like my idea of a proper Command Vehicle crew

Also the next beta release features some changes for the Command vehicles, most notable is that they can no longer be put into reserve. You can, however, transport them (ie in a ship or cargo plane), though if the transport unit is lost then the Command unit also dies.
Killing the command unit is the victory condition in all 'kill the leader' missions and scenarios.
