Will there be combat minuses to units without nv gear ?

Will there be movement minuses to units without nv gear ?

Will there be any effect on resupply ability based on night ?

Will some aircraft be unable to attack at night ?

Will nighttime visits by red haired green eyed serving wenches automactically top out the morale of units ?

I'll leave it to David to answer the serving wenches question... on the other points:

We've had some discussion about 'night', but generally our plan has been to leave it out as a separate simulation element. Certain things (like night vision equipment, etc) would end up simply affecting the unit's attack/defense/recon values (ie units with more advanced equipment get bonuses for such).

While the game is divided into 'days', we have not simulated a day phase/night phase approach. Even though we are a tactical-level game, we are not going that much into hardcore wargame detail on this point, and to make the gameplay flow a better we don't include a "night" phase.

I think it's a good idea to simply give bonuses to units with night vision. This would reflect the combat bonuses of the 24-hour capabilities of the unit.

I can live with it ,but it doesnt really show the minuses of the non-night fighting capable units very well.
I mean if all aircraft can fight at night many newer aircraft loss some of what makes them special.Same with other unit types.

Agian,I can live with this and will not groan TOO much
