will there be mobile/temporary supply bases ?

Often when units are placed behind an enemies lines they set up adhoc supply bases.
Will this be a possibility in the game ?

Maybe a supply base that can only supply a given unit and only for so long.

No... Once you capture territory you would be able to begin construction on a "Supply Depot" which takes about 15 days, but for immediate supplies (if you're not in supply from your region) then you would need Supply Trucks, Planes, bringing you what you need.

Though I believe, as currently planned, Supply Truck battalions act like "mobile supply bases", up until they run out of stock, of course.

Don't forget Helicopters as well. Certain helicopters will be able to be given a supply run order...
