I been having this problem alot in this game. I'll fight for a while then when I attack another counrty my units dont fight thiers. I still lose units in the fight. They attack me with no problem, but mine dont fight back. My guys dont even fire thier missiles, I have better units then them, and should be kicking thier butts, but mine gets kicked instead. I have supply truck with them so that shouldn't be problem. how can i fix this?

Turn on opportunity fire in global ROE. If you don't have GC, this may be bugged, if this is the case, select your units and change it in the unit specific ROE box.
Turn on Launch Authority for missiles. You should find this in UNIT COMMAND next to ADVANCED ORDERS.
