When our domain got renewed last week they had to make some changes in the domain setup,

"This won't affect access to our domain at all, will it?" I asked cautiously.

"No, not at all!" they answered confidently.

"Please hold" they said today... followed by "I'm sorry, I don't know what went wrong, but it should be fixed now'.

So, hopefully, our domain registration will now remain trouble free until April 2011.
