I have invested 4000 hours gameplay into Supreme Ruler Ultimate I have a few expectations from Supreme Ruler 2030

Naval
AI Carriers should actually receive Aircraft they don't
AI Carriers should form Carrier Battle groups that protect the carrier
AI Navies randomly deploy and are scattered easy to cut through with a combined fleet.
AI uses transport ships loads them with land assets and deploys them over seas
AI Navies use the Panama and Suez canals
Battle of the Atlantic should extend into the pacific and affect Japan
AC Carrier Midway class can carry more Aircraft than the Enterprise class and more Advanced carrier
AI Navies should plan Maritime invasions with Units loaded onto transports
Frigates can carry a single helicopter
Special forces can board some Submarines classes

Airforce
AI Bombers form squadrons of 10 aircraft and for strategic bombing campaigns targeting a single resource e.g Oil
Build Bomber bases in Allied country territory through diplomacy for rental period of 10 years on undeveloped tiles
Graphics- Aircraft Bank when they turn
The Aardvark can attack more damage than the A-10 warthog all modern aircraft need more realistic values
Seaborne Torpedo Aircraft can damage Ships more e.g battle of midway
Transport Huey helicopter cant carry much the values of transport helicopters need adjusting
Nations decommission old aircraft but arrange modern replacements e.g NZ has 50 squadrons of Bi planes
Transport drop supply crates that last a few months

Diplomacy
Allies that are at war can coordinate attacks on a hotspot tile and share attack plans e.g D day
Ask an Ally to join your war
Form Coalitions e.g Nato, Allies, Axis
Lend Money and receive interest -world bank system
Technology Treaties e.g Manhattan project
Organise peace talks between waring factions.

Game
In the capture mode a Command unit should be able to leave the country and be a government in exile
Old Technologies end up free after they become common for game balance
Older Technologies spread through trade as they do naturally.
Build industries on foreign soil that are taxed by the host nation but can be nationalised
Sell units that are not in reserve -active units
Espionage -Spies announce your adversaries intentions e.g Germany will invade Poland in September 1939
Foes can't buy advanced military designs e.g China buying the B-52 Bomber
Nations can reverse engineer military designs from capture or espionage
Advanced waypoints for aircraft with an execute button e.g CAS, Bomb Target, Air to Air Refuel
The United States invades Mexico to often.
An AI Conqurer should should make the nation he defeated a colony but sometimes annex it dependent on the situation
Liberated nations and colonies should not always become a democracy e.g East Germany a colony of the Soviet Union should be Communist
A tactical interface that can setup advanced waypoints with time on target and coordinate with other units e.g a B-52 bomber refuels 5 times enroute

Done - this was added to the game engine during Galactic Ruler development

In the current system "join" is not a thing. Wars are not treaties or defined "actions", they are just a relationship between regions. The war system is being reviewed, the significant changes we can share so far is that there are multiple was to resolve "Peace". More on that once we've done more testing of the feature.
