Quality of life improvements

Classic "select unit, give order" type of game play requires intensive amount of micro management and for giant scaled game like Supreme Ruler this can get out of control very easily. So we need alternative methods to make game less micro-required. Here are couple of ideas:

- Add "Ask for supply" button to the unit UI or Hex building UI (the one that pops when you right click on a hex)
What does the button do:
1- When you press this button (either from unit UI or hex UI), AI will automatically call nearest IDLE supply unit (either air or land supply unit) to the selected unit or hex.
2- After 4-6 hours in game time; supply unit will return back to the location it came from.

- Add "Ask for close air support" button to the unit UI or hex building UI
What does the button do:
1- When you press this button, AI will automatically call nearest IDLE tactical bombers or multi-role fighters to the selected unit/hex,
2- After 9-12 hours in game time; supporting units will go back to the base they came from.

- Add "Ask for air support" button to the unit UI or hex building UI
What does the button do:
1- When you press this button, AI will automatically call nearest IDLE Interceptor or Multi-role fighters to the selected unit/hex,
2- After 12-18 hours in game time; supporting units will go back to the base they came from.

Etc.

Other stuff to improve the game:
1- Missiles need an improvement. With smart missiles, you should be able to select exactly which building you want to attack. This increases strategic aspect of the game.
2- Unit comparison tool. This would be a great QoL improvement to the game.
3- Espionage (tech stealing): Should have higher chance to success but also take higher time to do. (currently espionage mission is too fast but has VERY little chance of success. This creates unfun/repetitive/tedious experience.
