Also vertical farms would be cool way to grow food anywhere.
Asteroid mining stations would let us mine all minerals anywhere (space trucks would land here with their load).
Both of these of course would cost energy and water.
Also underwater mines would be cool too.

FYI, Some of this could already be simulated by just adding a tech to increase the output of hydroponics facilities.
