expose the parts that determine how the AI builds up his country - to the modders.

so we can add ourselves as modders to make sure AI can build/remove/improve infrastructure/buildings, etc.

expose it to the - as in the previous 2 posts - dll which we modders can compile ourselves.

Just give us 1 example - and from there we do the rest and create different personalities of leaders/styles of governments which then each have a different set of AI rules how to buildup the nation..

Especially since the previous SR series allow us to play from 1914 and onwards (actually tech starts somewhat around the 1900 century switch so can start earlier.

just expose AI and features to a dll as they did back with civ4 and we can mod a great game with super additions..
