(1070) Automate button in ROE doesn't change state when deselecting unit

If I select a unit and go into its unit ROE panel, then turn on Automate, that button lights up as expected.

If I then select open space (deselect the unit), the panel switches to Global ROE, but the Automate button is still lit even though I don't have Automation turned on for all ships. If I close the Global ROE panel and open it again, the button is no longer lit, as expected. So it appears that the Automate button does not correctly change state when switching between unit and global ROE without first closing the panel.
