Not sure what the idea is supposed to be here....

New game, started as earthers,started with what appears to be a largely populated (790ishmil)(this is more people then my home planet has) colony right next to my home world. The colony is some alien race.I can turn on and off governor control.....I cannot annex it at this point.....I cannot control the units they control...i can and have gotten every single treaty all at once...

If i turn off governor control they start to lose aircraft,as they build too many for one location and cant put them in reserve...they might not be able to move them at all with governor control off,not sure.

Am i supposed to be able to turn governor control on and off ? Will i be able to annex it at some point ?

It appears to get all the techs i research.

turning on /off governor control for this colony ,also turns on/off govenor control for homeworld :(

The colony belongs to you? I'm confused, this is not something we intended...

I really dont know...its like i partially own it.
It shows as a colony, i could see down onto it even though it wasnt surveyed, i could turn on/off governor control.

I could NOT build things on it,I could not control the units on it, or its unit building.

Can you recreate this? Start a new game and get a colony? I just tried earthers and didn't get this.

tried about 20 times,no luck.

i really like that map though, so im going to transfer the save to my main machine and play on it a while
