Space Production count not counting correctly

I have attached a picture of the error but the space production was counting correctly but it has since stopped, despite continued production of units. (see image 1)

I cleared the queue and then you get the (I Assume) rollover count value (see image 2)

I cleared the queue, and added only 1 unit, and the count worked correctly for a single day, then went back to counting as 0. I tried this with various quantities and the same issue still occurred.

Seems to only count the day they are first put into production, and then after that it just says there are 0 units in production, despite units actually being in construction and progressing.
