I actually quite like the sound of this as it will help keep track of what exactly is eating all of you military goods.what about a break down of military goods use currently it's just 'military use' which is vague it could be like repairs, unit production, fighting, building (air bases, barracks)

More feedback for the user, if its calculated why not show it? A mouse over doesnt hinder new players for overload of information, instead helps them. Plus potential to improve ai descisions.
