ok, i got sr2010 demo because i had the game on CD, reformatted my PC and couldnt find the disc again . so i got demo, now im playing the european scenario, as the 3 undivided countries. im france. i researched till like tech levle 106 then spain attacked. i easily conquered him while still making boatloads of cash. then around tech 108 portugal attacked. why did they attack, we were on good terms, but they wouldn't accept no violence treaties.
then when i had portugal cornered with no military, they wouldnt have peace. even though spain surrendered when i got close to owning them

Regions usually attacked in 2010 when they had the casaus belli / justification to attack you. Are you attacking other countries or are you building up a large build capacity?
