on supremewiki on the cheat sheat it says on the cheat "cheat onedaybuild" u can turn it so that the computer cant use the cheat. how does it work?

The cheat always works for the AI, what the page on the wiki suggests is turning off all unit construction by the AI players one at a time.

These were not designed as cheats but as development tools so some of their functions are strange.
