Hi to all! sorry for my english. Playing to the demo I have put the taxes to maximum (100%) the prices of all the goods to the maximum. I have put lessened all funds for the services in such way to earn amount, but I would have expected (like in reality, or in other games) began putsches, strikes, revolts of the population (with justice angry!)and instead nothing! it has not succeeded just nothing! although also unemployment was elevated (92%) has not succeeded nothing! indeed the only stated important data is enters one to you boat of moneies!! I hope in the complete game (in Italy still not there is) I can’t made that without consequence! OTHERWISE HE WOULD COME RUINED! who has played to the complete game, using the patch even can say what happens to me? please you answer to me! thanks salutes to all

While I agree that under such circumstances there would be a widespread revolt sooner than later, this game is not set up to react to such conditions with active revolution. What will happen is that...

Under a Democracy, you will be voted out of office when the next election comes along.

Under a dictatorship...monarchy etc. etc. as long as your military supports you, you will remain in power. If you reduce military pay rates (or use a nuclear device) your military will abandon support for you, and you will be removed.

I hope this answered your questions. I have been thinking lately that a good faction versus faction political/war game (within one fractured country) would be fun. (hint hint Goats:D)

In this way the parameters turn out totally useless on the civil population. In this way the game becomes too much easy, it is tended to only construct the army and to omit all the rest

After a year of test I have earned 20 billions $ and without no problem that it prohibited me to continue . I have begun to construct the army but I have not finished the scene because I have lost the taste for the game.

The scene is France. The army is strong, if the population is poor that do? it is opposed?

I'm assuming you're playing as -Paris- in the France scenario... ?
It's the strongest region in that game.
I suggest to try Portugal.Build up that region and then go to war against Paris.

GoodLuck.... and let us know about your adventures...

However I control the Portugal. The fact is that no resistance from part of the population there is not and this renders easier and less realistic the game. In holding the poor population not is no concrete disadvantage, tries if not me creeds.

The demo really is no longer a very good example of the current game.
Its like 3+ ? updates old.

In the current version you'd have guerillas and partisans to make holding your "new land" a bit more involved.

The economic system has also had some large changes to it.

Lots and lots of changes to the game since the demo.Somewhere on the forum theres a lsit of all the patches/updates and most of the changes they contained.

I say that not being to us revolts or INNER strikes (as an example to civilization or Europe universalis) the game lose something.

You're right that there are no strikes, demostrations, riots etc....
However there is this DAR = Domestic Approval Rating.
When low... peeps will flee your region (and when playing a country with labor shortage you'll not be able to man your army..... )
You'll also loose the elections and the WM support.

This game is startegy game... but hopefully in the future these thing will be implemented.
