Hi everyone, just this week found Supreme ruler 2010 after searching for a while for a decent military/world type sim/stratagy, I started by playing Civ IV which is all well and good for a quick world domination but I just wanted a bit more in the way of military stratagy, I got Superpower 2 and it just wasnt working for me and then I noticed a link on the superpower forum which led me to this fantastic game.
I'm currently playing the demo, I plan to buy the full game once I get used to everything. Ive got a few questions:
-Do entrenched units get a boost to defence from missiles and airstrikes?
-Do units cost less to maintain if they are in reserve?
-Exactly how do supply trucks work? Ive noticed them in resrve at a base I have but my newly built missile launch platforms were loaded automaticly once they were deployed.
-Is there anyway to make research faster? Ive started research on some recon satilites and M1A2 Abrams tanks but for them it says 15 years and 47 YEARS! Thats with spending on research maxed out.
-When I started my game I noticed I had alot of infantry units but they all of the garrison type, are these units intended as an early defence so you dont get rushed, that allows you to build "proper" light infantry or as I did APC infantry..
-On my current game Ive been building up some units and stacking them near another region I plan to invade, on the diplomacy screen they have a green bar, what does that mean? and how can I go to war with them without everyone hating me?
-Whats the usual defence units you would advise me to put in bases/citys?
-Is there a quick way to launch missiles? Ive currently got around 200 Tomahawk missiles and three mobile launch platform units, is there a button that allows you to fire one missile after another anywhere you click on the enemy region as long as its in range? I plan to missile the crap out of them before I send in my air and land units in.
So many questions I know. Im sure I will come up with some more for you all to answer

.
And to the devs at Battlegoat, thanks for a great game and the support you put into it. You dont usualy see aload of dev team members regularly post on their game forum in these days.
