Loyalty

I dunno if this has been asked before, but is there any way to make countries you have conquered loyal to you?

i am playing as North America and i conquered South America, but i cant demolish any of their industries cause it says that they aren't loyal enough to me, and when i study their hexes, it all says that they are loyal to South America, even though the county is conquered.

anyone know?

Loyalty currently does not change after a conquest. Not sure where this is on their priority fix list.
