Kingdom of Sikkim missing

Kingdom of Sikkim was a separate protectorate of the British Empire - not a part of India. It was also not a part of India even after India was released.

Should probably be a separate country as a colony of the British Empire, just as India.

And trading non-tradeable techs wouldn't make any sense since most of those techs are about IMPLEMENTATION (like building highways).

Yes, 100% same functionality. It's probably all identical files in both games in all aspects that touch the GW scenario. If there'd be a single smallest difference between the versions - it'd probably be a bug.
