To reinforce my idea of the CSA unit being a part of the game, you all will notice that the KC-135 and similar aerial refueling aircraft are basically doing this mission already.

The difference would be that a CSA would also perform maintenance

One thing I have notice when doing amphibious or airborne assaults against the AI, is that it doesn't react with enough strenght to repel the invading forces, it just send a few units allowing me the time to land reinforcements and gain local numeric superiority. And that is the begining of the end...

How should the AI decide on how to attack or defend against multiple fronts? As I scramble brain my ideas I hope to answer some portion of your questions. The AI needs the ability to assess its available intel and determine the necessary amount of force needed to defend itself. The AI needs to unde...

Us 3 in a MP game. just to see which state is better. As for my AAR if i add more to it, it be Arkansas, Carolinas, Kentucky, and Florida. S...

Actually, while that does have some effect, I also agree with tonystowe that we could take this farther. We do have some ideas on this, but they may be some time in developing. Thanks for the idea nonetheless. Thanks for reconsidering this area. The missile combat portion of the game is a great off...

With the means to produce Cruise Missiles I would like to see an option to set priority of targets. I am not certain of the current target selection process, however in a recent SLCM strike I noticed that my missiles were attacking combat units and not necessarily any structures, bridges, etc i.e. a...

Hotkeys are always a great addition to games and as mentioned earlier it would be great if the player could program whatever key he wanted through the use of a txt or whatever file. An option that is being overlooked is the programming of the number pad to perform multiple functions. I don't know th...

For example CTRL+F1 would mark the current map location and SHIFT+F1 (or simply the F1) would jump to the location immediately.

This could help me a lot on navigating between several fronts.
Great Idea!

AAR: US: Georgia

I played as Tennessee in this scenario and my objective, based on the initial intel, was to isolate Alabama while focusing my initial attack on Georgia. Once Georgia was under control I would then turn on Alabama on a long two front war that I was certain it would not be able to maintain. It took a ...

A refined version of my above post. * Create one new unit (I will still refer to it as a CSA) whose purpose is to provide forward support to the deployed BN's in both supply and maintenance. One CSA would supply and provide maintenance for "X" number of BN's at 100% capabilities while additional uni...

Perhaps a more general way to talk about intel in the game is by asking some questions... - How do you make the decision to attack an enemy? - What indicators do you use to determine if an enemy is a threat or not a threat? - What sort of in-game feedback or intel would you like to receive? The dec...
