In addition to all said, please make the GUI more user friendly. Lots of things can be improved. First thing would be some kind of UI scale option. Playing on a modern 1440p screen is really hard. It might. I think there were 2 extra comma-separated variables added on to each tech line. Not sure what they do, though. You can give it a try. If it doesn't work, it will probably crash when building the cache.

Yeah its really hard to understand. Unemployment never ever seems to go up, no matter what. I've tried cheating my pop growth to be ~300% every year. My pop skyrocketed, but my unemployment stayed the same ~2.8%. Destroying buildings doesn't seem to help either.

Question: What affects unemployment?

I used cheats to massively boost pop growth. I doubled my population as USA in a year, but my unemployment dropped from 2.5% to 2.2%!

I agree with the tech tree, and in addition, it should be possible to queue up to a specific tech by clicking on it, akin to Civ4. If i click on a tech in the future ages, it should queue up all the prereq techs to get there.
