Any news on game being too slow on most peaceful settings?
On beginning of game 4 secs pass every ingame day on max speed.

Does enchanced spotting/ranges slow down game?

@Balthagor Did you find any reason why game would be so slow on no volatility, passive ai and very easy military settings?

Also Japan had a lot of units deployed for no reason.

Can someone create Atlantis? This country would have all techs and world designs of units researched and would have lets say 10 000 or 100 000 people. It would be on island as far as possible from any countries. That would be nice quantity versus quality battles. Like 1 mech against 10 000 1914 year...

I'm getting like 5 FPS when viewing Japan :p

I loaded game trough multiplayer... Japan has over 8000 deployed units and it isn't at war.

if you find it annoying to click that much but you have the ressource fields - just use a program like "speed auto clicker" , set it to click like 20 times per seconds and use hit it on the build location that your minister would suggest. or if you want to have some "semi-full-build" configure it t...

One day takes 20 seconds. That is considered a norm for modern scenarios and is definitely playable. but I suppose if you started with 1-3 seconds per day then 20 seconds feels like a significant slowdown. There should be enough project bonuses, that at first you could get 200% social service rating at 200% of recommended budget in every department, and after researching everything you should be able to reach 200% rating at recommended spending.

Also old designs should benefit from new techs.

There are facilities which produce more than the starting ones, they exist in game, but they are higher up the Tech Tree.
