Re: Do I need ...
Just to clarify... our Steam setup has it that you only have to download the game through Steam. And, update it if you wish. You can play without an Internet connection and play offline.

Re: Japanese population too low
Taking a look at this, and using the source provided, we used about 71 million plus 23 million. This equals 94 million which is Japan's population in the game. Is there an area here that you feel should be included / fixed? Let us know.

Re: Experience???
The star indicates overall "experience" and is coloured differently, from gray towards gold. Kills are based on last shots that kill the unit. You can have a unit with very little experience and many last shot kills. And a unit with a lot of experience, but no kills. Perhaps we can look at the toolt...

Re: Border Editing, Tech Tree Editing
You can now mod the borders, using a scripted event - and go from one X,Y... to another X,Y - drawing a line, rectangle, box.

Re: Naval Pathing (UK) and use
I think we've mentioned elsewhere, perhaps on the Steam Forums that we plan to add more work on the naval AI for an update. Thanks for the specific suggestions which we'll take into account. No promises but keep on suggesting! We are reading.

Re: Maintaining Neutrality
If you think there are conditions that should cause a nation to attack early, later or not at all... let us know. We'll consider adding in some additional variety if we get some feedback.

We've also improved naval AI, but still plan to add more as we wor...

Re: Alaska and Hawaii
Colonization is a tricky subject. For our game purposes Hawaii and Alaska are not colonies. They are part of the US. We don't have any grey areas so it's either a colony or it's not. Not being an official state does not by default put an area of our map as a colony. While not quite states of equal s...
