spreadsheets updated?

I took a lok at the spread sheets a couple months ago.. is the data still the same? I read about adding most of the 2008+ units still to come, so are they not yet on the sheets? I'm just curious because I noticed that I recognized most of the units on the sheets.

I'd think france would be one of the least likely places to seperate in the world... andif it did.. I could see parts of France fighting ither bordering naitons before it fought its self. It's too bad about the scales, I can't think of a solution...
