Hmm Finland has a large Swedish talking minority. This minority is a leftover from when Finland was a part of Sweden. Wich it was for a very long time.. much longer then it has had indepence. This minority has maintained alot of political power even though it is a fairly small minorty. Perhaps this ...

It seems like the tech model for SR is really good and cool however for a future game i would like to see it even better. My idea is to more realisticly simulate big corporations and public companys role in building and tech research. In the real world smaller less develpoed countries could easily g...

If I remember my basic computers class right there are different speeds in the processor the RAM and even in the motherboard this is called BUS.. If either of these are lower then the rest the performance of the the whole computer will go down. So it will do you little good to put RAM with 100mhz sp...

An opinion bar or opinion indicator is great but still feels not so great.. hmm.. i really think it would add to the feeling of the game if you would recieve e-mails perhaps something like this.. "Today the WM council discussed the recent development in *such* and *such* region. In an pressconferenc...

In marketing a good product always helps  If you have a good product that the market would proberbly be iterested in then it is mostly an issue of timed and accurate communication. That is delivering the right msg at the right time in a fashion that ppl will read/listen/watch it. I´m convinc...

Since I´m not a betatester I have not seen what is actually avaliable in the game. However I would like to second that there is a need for proper statistics for the economics variables. Adding to what was proposed above I would like indexes with an adjustable base.. (maybe you could set one base yo...

Will there be some kind of warning system for WM opinion towards you incorperated into the game? For exampel after you nuke one of your neigbours citys you get an email telling you that the WM are currently discussing retaliation towards you and you would be wise not to p*ss them off any more... atl...

There is a slight problem with a game like SP2010 in that it is clearly going to attract ppl who might not be a regular gamer. How do you get in contact with these kind of ppl?? How do you direct your marketing?? The ppl in the games store checking the shelfs is proberbly going to be mostly mainstre...

Innocence love you analysis.. but you forget that the norwegian proberbly could just drown all the swedes, danes and finns in a big lake of oil.. that way the norwegians should be the clear winners.. Or perhaps they could hose them down with the black gold and put everyone on fire?? No that ...

As for realism this sounds resonable. I have little experience with docks and ships but as for airports and military airplanes I know that (atleast in sweden) Airplanes in reserve is well protected in underground bunkers at the airports. They would be fairly hard to damage basicly requiring you to d...

That´s what I meen when I say that history is complicated =). It can usually be interpreted both ways. I´m not familiar with the exact unit placement or exactly what units were deployed and at what timeintervalls. I´m sure your information is correct. However just because some units did participa...

Sounds lite the economic model takes a h*ll of alot into account. That is great news. Incorperating realistic rules of inflation and overheating due to increased goverment spending is (in my mind) a great way of adding some consequences for those who start building 10 army bases first thing they do.

It´s great to hear that the AI will be sensitive to requests from larger regions and differences in power. I always found it extremly irritating when in Civ3 a small region insists on violating my borders with his legions even though I can roll over him with my tanks any day of the week. tkobo, Don...
