Fixed Capital Setting

I remember that when I selected this and captured an enemy capital that would defeat them, that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. I am not sure if that is intended or not and as such reporting it as a possible bug.

it loads and saves them for me when i do it. make sure the buildings exist in the file your loading and in the proper format.

UI Improvement - Easier way to scrap reserve units!

Can you add in the ability to scrap all units in reserve by unit design? If I have 500 t-54 tanks but also have 500 t-72 tanks and want to scrap only the t-54 tanks it requires deploying all ground units and waiting for that to happen then selecting all units and removing all other unit types expect...

So, I have managed to get around to trying out the map editor works well enough and speeds up making changes. For now though it would be nice just to get the save as and load buttons working :). Would like the ability to manage deployed units and manage R&D like the SR2010 map editor could do.

Could you perhaps add the ability to manage the colonies R&D as I'd like to be able to control what they research? for instance when you right click on a colony hex and go to R&D you see their R&D queue rather then your own? You would see your own for any of your territory or counties that are not y...
