Does it matter in which order theaters are registered? 2, 3, 4, 19, 20, 8, 6, 15, 16 or 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 15, 16, 19, 20? The game will perceive it the same way?

Maybe it’s worth removing the penalty for moving to stealth, not for all types of units, but selectively. It seems to me that it is necessary to improve such classes as helicopters, aircrafts and missiles(especially low flying), increasing their stealth. For examle f-22 has base stealth = 120, when ...

Suggestion: change the max stealth value from 255 to 350-400. Or remove the penalty to stealth str/2 when units moving.

With my naval units I can enter Egypt through the city of BURSA'ID and then I can also get out of there. But AI can’t get out of there and his naval units get stuck there. Over time, the number of stuck units there is only growing.

Suez canal bug

Ai some naval units get stuck in Egypt. They get there through the city of BURSA'ID(Suez canal). I drew attention to this in the sandboxes world 2020 and CW1949. Not tested in the sandboxes 1914 and 1936.
