There was a coldwarB scenario file but that seems to have disappeared. The coldwarB scenario was reserved for when games lasted longer than the ww2 events. Found the fix!
So I made a direct copy of 1989 china and completely forgot to remove the grouping. [_]O

@Viper How many population did you give that new city state in the .cvp file? I believe it is a "refpopulation" line... Well we tried -1 since that was the default in the scenario editor. Next we tried 3500000. :o (realized after that its some sort of ratio) Then I think we tried 3.5 with crazy pop...

I've been having this issue where when I create a new region in the map editor and pair it with the .cvp file. I made sure I had the cvp file correct, but every time after I cache the mod the new region has 0 population in cities and 1 in the capital. The state tab says that It has 13,000 people but...

The second column in the events file is the days from start. 1440 per day so you might be able to adjust this to create your desired timeline. However I'm not sure if leap years count in this game and world volatility effects this.
