Exclusive Economic Zones

It'd be neat if in the 2020 World sandbox countries owned their Exclusive Economic Zones as they do in real life. This would make the game more realistic and correct me if I'm wrong but I feel like it wouldn't be that hard to add in. It'd also make some of the oil that's out in the ocean more useful...

Re: Argentina Military Facility Issue

No mods, fairly certain it was there at start. It took us a while to notice it though so I'm not sure.

Argentina Military Facility Issue

Was playing a multiplayer game and noticed this air facility in Argentina was lacking a military complex.

Re: Peace mechanics?

The diplomatic methods of ending wars have not been changed in SRU.

However, I've personally noticed that the ai is a lot more likely to offer peace as opposed to SR2020 where wars would continue forever.

Re: SRU: mid cold war starts

The Falklands Islands scenario has a mostly complete 1982 start date. Couldn't that just be moved to the sandbox section as a new cold war start?

African Events

Are events like the Rhodesian Bush War and Nigerian Civil War modeled in Ultimate? Both of these were pretty relevant and although I know the game doesn't exactly model civil wars are they represented in any way?

Thanks in advance

Allied Command

An interesting and fairly easy to accomplish idea for the new game would be allowing the entirety of both alliances to be controlled by one player. For example, group all of the Entente together and group all of the Central powers together as one in game "country." Similar things to this have been d...

Re: Trump Campaign 2020 (New Republic Alliance) problems

Hi. I don't get the campagin from start. How would Donald Trump start with "Cordial" with almost ALL regions, including North Korea, Hilary Clinton's Eastern Alliance, Jeb Bush's Independent States, Cuba (As a Republican, it does not mix with Cuba) while I saw Sudan & Iran having "Neutral" with Tru...

Re: Proposed Change to Cold War Map

Country- Biafra Biafra was a country in Africa during the Nigerian Civil War. It existed from 1967-1970, and it had a pretty significant impact on the world at the time. The war was also not asymmetrical like the Civil War taking place in Syria, so it could easily take place in the game. It could be...

Re: Tech Tree - Tech effects and progression.

Some other issues: 1) synchronous power grids should be a must have tech to electrify a country. but at the start of the game all countries have electric consumption, meaning that they are already electrified. 2) industrialization should be a must have tech to unlock all production and fabrication ...

Re: Territorial Area.

A simple suggestion that I'd like to see implemented is being able to expand a countries territorial water and air route. This would also bring a new layer to the gameplay like if two countries lay claim to an area, both the colors of their nation would overlap. I really want to have more control o...
