It could also be taken into consideration with regard to planes of a neutral region which cross the territory of another region (currently in the game you shoot as if it were an enemy).
A new solution could be that every time it is intercepted and accompanied outside the CB increases by X%.

there has been a misunderstanding about the word "escort" ... in the game escorting means to accompany and to protect, it does not mean to force to move.

The filters in the reserves would be much appreciated. It would also be nice if the world market prices could swing a bit more and a bit quicker, it doesn't seem to be working particularly well at the moment as the price never seems to go up enough (over a year it went from $15 to $16). I would like to suggest a "flag" for (AI) regions that have no sea or no naval factories to prevent looking for new ships in their tech tree.
Sometimes I see that Switzerland was looking for ships.

Factions could have one leader (Germany for Axis, Soviet Union for Warsaw Pact, USA for NATO etc) that decides what new countries can join their faction. If you give China, North Korea and Russia about 300 embassies total (which they have in RL) and remove 100 embassies from US you will get realistic stance on default. The oversea US bases wouldnt hurt to be add to the map too. In one of the scenarios putting US on agressive would actually help with...
